Please read these terms before placing an order or using the website. They are written to be practical and readable, while preserving rights and protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of Smaacaad.com and to enquiries, quotations, orders, customisation work, products, and support services provided by Smaacaad.

By using the website or placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

2. Who we are

Smaacaad supplies NFC cards, NFC stands, review products, social-sharing products, and related custom digital or branded solutions. Our contact email is smaacaad@gmail.com and our main customer contact number is +971 58 502 0587.

3. Website use

You agree to use the website lawfully and in a way that does not damage, disable, overload, or interfere with the site, our systems, or other users. You must not attempt unauthorised access, misuse automated scraping tools, or use the site for fraud, abuse, or unlawful content.

4. Product information

We try to present product descriptions, pricing, colours, finishes, bundle options, and availability as accurately as possible. However, minor differences may occur because of screen settings, production methods, materials, or updates to the product range.

Images and mockups are illustrative unless a specific proof or written approval confirms the final production details.

5. Orders, quotes, and acceptance

A quote, WhatsApp conversation, enquiry response, or website listing is not a binding acceptance of an order on its own. An order is treated as accepted once we confirm it, request or receive payment, or begin production or fulfilment work.

We may decline or cancel an order before production starts if there is a pricing error, a clear specification issue, suspected fraud, stock or supply problems, or a legal or compliance concern.

6. Pricing and payment

Unless stated otherwise, prices are shown in AED. Prices, promotions, bundles, and availability may change without notice before an order is confirmed.

Payment terms will be communicated at checkout, in an invoice, or during direct order confirmation. We may require full or partial payment before production, programming, dispatch, or delivery.

7. Customisation and customer-provided content

Many Smaacaad products are personalised or programmed to customer instructions. You are responsible for checking names, phone numbers, links, logos, spelling, usernames, QR destinations, review URLs, and other custom details before final approval.

If you provide logos, designs, text, links, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to use them and that they do not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law. We may refuse content that appears unlawful, misleading, offensive, infringing, or technically unsuitable.

8. Shipping, delivery, and risk

Delivery times are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Delays caused by carriers, customs, inaccurate addresses, force majeure events, or customer-side approval delays are outside our reasonable control.

Please inspect deliveries promptly and contact us as soon as possible if a package arrives damaged, incomplete, or materially different from the approved order details.

9. NFC functionality and third-party services

Our products may link to third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google, Booking.com, TripAdvisor, or other websites and services. Those third-party services are outside our control and may change, suspend, restrict, or remove functionality at any time.

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and ongoing availability of the links or destinations you ask us to program. Device compatibility, operating system settings, browser behaviour, and third-party platform rules can affect how NFC or QR experiences work in practice.

10. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms and should be read together with them. Because many items are custom-made or programmed to order, cancellation, return, and refund rights are more limited once production has started.

Nothing in these terms removes or reduces any consumer rights that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable UAE law or any other mandatory law that applies to your purchase.

11. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, product photos, text, branding, graphics, logos, and other site content are owned by Smaacaad or used under permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or commercially exploit site content without prior written approval.

This does not affect your ownership of content you lawfully supply to us for use on your custom order.

12. Liability and mandatory rights

We do not exclude liability where exclusion is prohibited by law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion would be unlawful, or any mandatory consumer protection rights.

Subject to those non-excludable rights, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of reputation, or losses caused by third-party platforms, customer-provided content, incorrect order information supplied by the customer, or events outside our reasonable control.

13. Privacy

Your use of the website and your dealings with us are also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal data.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will be posted on this page and will apply from the date shown below unless a different effective date is stated.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you.

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve it quickly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the competent courts of Dubai or another competent authority or court as required by applicable law.
